Luxe at home Wedding || Tierra Verde, FL

Congratulations to Erica & Phil! i am so excited to finally feature their gorgeous and fun day on the blog! This one of the most unique and stylish weddings I have ever had the honor of being part of. Can I just gush at how adorable Erica is with her pink pixie hair and how handsome and cool Phil is in his clear frames?! These unique souls envisioned an intimate wedding day at home and the NAILED IT.

We began the day getting ready at Erica’s parents gorgeous home, just around the corer from their own. The walls were purple and they had the most vibrant art! My people. It was such a lovely backdrop, beautiful and sentimental. We got Erica into her stunning modern gown by Justin Alexander (eat your heart out Megan Markle) in the main living area next to the grand piano and with little Carmen under foot. Prada fitted feet! Their little old lady Chihuahua was very excited to be a part of the day and especially liked the train on moms dress! She did not care fro anyone but her mom and dad actually, try as I might to make friends haha!

We decided to have a first look and do all of their family formal groupings at the house before heading over to the ceremony and party. They had a clear vision of toasting champagne at the end of the ceremony and then just joining in the fun with all of their nearest and dearest! Of course we still snuck out for a few sunset portraits but their vision was realized! Perfect. Their fist look was soooo cute too. Full of grins and giggles. I loved being able to knock out their formals while everyone was fresh and excited. Great idea!

Their home! GAH! So so so damn cool. They brought in the best vendors thanks to the coordination of the lovely Mabi of La Nina Events. Cater’s Florist created the most beautiful garlands for their front steps and SUPER colorful arrangements throughout the home and on that amazing arch over the courtyard fountain! It was such a beautiful backdrop. The fun at home party vibe was really important to them so they also brought in live musicians, a string trio played until the last hour when a pianist took over on their own grand. Salt Block catering blew everyone away with tapas sale treats all night long and custom cocktails…and of course a never end flow of bubbles!

Their ceremony in they own home courtyard was so memorable and it was the perfect dance floor into the night. Everyone was so overjoyed and blown away to be a part of such a special day. Congratulators you two! MARRIED!
