Where do I even start with this wedding?! I was INCREDIBLY honored to capture such a wonderful day for such a lovely couple. Amy is the little sister to my past bride Lindsey! She and Jon got married almost to the day 1 year later, how cool is that!? I just loved seeing familiar faces and catching up with Lindsey & Brad. Everything went so smoothly it was crazy too! We were expecting rain ALLL day but held off all the way until they cut the cake!
Thankfully, the gorgeous weather held and Amy and Jon said their I do's on the porch steps in the most lush and romantic little garden tucked away in downtown. Secret garden for reals. Amy took her grooms breath away when she approached in her perfect gown, complete with pockets! Sorry Jon, but I'm calling you out on your heart wrenching reaction to your stunning bride. He literally broke into tears and it was infectious. He was comforted by his groomsmen and I continued to shoot through my own tears. These moments people, they are so powerful. Gahhhhhhh!!
After their magical ceremony I had a field day with their portraits, I mean everywhere you looked it was beautiful! After some more tears during the heartfelt toasts it was time to party! And right on cue it was a downpour! Their guests loved watching rain from the wrap around porch and then Jon's aunt and uncle ran out into it for a dance! EPIC! They have been married about 15 years and dancing in the rain was always on their bucket list, CHECK! GOALS! GOALS GOALS!
Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs Eicher and happy 1 year anniversary to Mr. & Mrs. Ostroth! Only one more beautiful sister to go ;) Enjoy these highlights!
